[Erol is a light sleeper. And it's been a few days since his beating, so he isn't resting quite as heavily as he was. So the bump and scuffle that turns his comm on is the same that wake him up.
His hand is on the knife beneath his pillow before he's even fully awake, though his guard eases when he sees it's no threat. Just an annoyance.]

Daxter? Oh dear, that's not good at all.
[She's now fully expecting the captain to announce Erol has been thrown in the brig for murder any time now. Even though she doesn't hate Daxter quite as much as the others who captured Erol (hey, he's small, fuzzy, and charming okay?), she knows that Erol himself absolutely hates him. And a little rodent-person like Daxter can't look after a baby... oh dear, she might have to do a little adopting.]
