I passed Calculus! without even having to take the final...
Anyway, my calculus professor is as crazy as they come...and apparently he is discouraging everyone from taking the final, so he was 'cutting deals' with everyone...He offered me a B to not take the final because he was impressed with my last test grade (I went from a 65% to a 93%). Well, because I HATE Bs I asked him if there was any way for me to get an A, and he seemed to have avoided my question and just said if I took the final then I could go down to a D...and I would have to get like 100% on the final to get an A...
But because the majority of the test is over concepts I never understood, and it's only 15 questions so missing one question could mean missing over 10 points, I decided to just take the B and not take the final. It's a little strange...but, at least I passed calculus this time!
