It's late again, but....
Chinese classes are so much fun!! Eek! I just finished my Chinese homework and we're studying pronunciation (and I fail at "r" sounds; I have no idea how to do it). I love Chinese. I can't wait to be a loud, Northern Chinese speaker!! AAAAAAAAHHHH!! I am excited.
My Chinese teacher looks like Eric Idle. Sort of.
Pre-Calc: Eeeeh. My teacher is this Indian lady, and all we do for an hour and ten minutes is take notes. It's not too bad. The girl sitting next to me today seriously bugged me though. I wanted to punch her so badly. She kept sighing and huffing, like it was a waste of her time. GRR!! If you don't want to be there, then leave. This is just one of those things that gets to me. I guess it wouldn't have bugged me so much if she hadn't asked for my notes after class. And then the same sentence kept running through my head: "This girl is an idiot."
She also couldn't understand that the ACE, MSI, and TA sessions are the SAME THINGS as a DISCUSSION CLASS. They're all discussion classes! They're just led by different people and are different lengths of time! No, you don't have to sign up for them, because you're already signed up!
What a moron.
Core Class: My teacher is a cute little lady that kind of reminds me of Miss Honey from Matilda. She was really nice to us. I don't really have much to say about it... wrote a paper... had a lecture on what justice is...
You know what? He's not Native American; he's Japanese. But he's so brown....
Watched the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants today! Watched it with Mayra over dinner. We got to the dining hall too late and they had closed, so we ate our rations stored in our rooms. I had chicken noodle soup and saltine crackers! Yum yum.
