Pet Project: Wandering Shores
This is something I've been working on when I haven't been playing my BaCC. :)
So, this past summer my computer died on me. I lost a lot of Sims stuff, but even though I had backups I decided to forget them and start something fresh. This is the first build/play neighborhood I have for TS2 on this machine.
These are some shots of the blank terrain. At first I was a little discouraged because it's so small. I designed it to be a smaller map but it looked too tiny for what I wanted to do.
After I put lots in it I realized the map is perfectly suited for what I hoped to create...
Except, of course, I haven't gotten to that point yet. I'm a little stuck on what style I should build in (my only thought was New Orleans), and I haven't even thought about families yet. I'd like this to eventually be something I can play and relax with, and maybe update you guys on it a little bit.
But I've got a ways to go before then. Hopefully I can get started on it soon.
