Fish with party hats: Garland and default
I have been neglecting my livejournal ...
The drawings are my own. :)
There are no gaps in my garland so there's absolutely no need to keep the four-items formula. You can make recolors with ten little things or three big things or whatever you like! :D A template is included.

I'm going to end 2013 with a bang, and the best kind of bang in my opinion is creating silly nonsense stuff for your games. 8D
So, I have good news and bad news. The bad news are: Fish with party hats don't actually exist.
Good news: It was super easy to make a mod for the aquarium fish. Simple texture replacements, no mesh-tinkering required.
