This lot also includes a custom version of the neon motel sign by SimsDesignAvenue (thanks for permission!).
It's grungy and the "o" is now flickering like a loose contact.

* Unfortunately Aviolinas mirrors don't function right (at least for me). I hid big mirrors in the walls behind, just remember to click above or beside the visible mirror!
** In case you want to turn this into a residential: original trashcan and mailbox are at the backdoor.
*** The fake houses at the edges can be deleted if you want one or both sides unconnected.
