I've officially jumped back onto the beef wagon, after being off of it for about 4 years.  I blame the peppercorn steak I made for Ben.  It smelled too good.

I'm still keeping far away from the evils of pork though - those 3 slices of pepperoni a couple of weeks ago were not... enough?  Whatever, pork is yuck.

So, welcome me back to the beef bus!  Woohoo!!!!
