I met our daughter. If only in my dreams...

This happened last night, of course. I'm not sure of the surrounding circumstances, but I remember being in a giant, like, bathroom, and there were all these women who were in various stages of childbirth. I was just walking around and then all of a sudden I had a baby in my arms. Someone said "it's a girl" and I said "Kaiya." I felt a twinge of disappointment because I am *hoping* that James comes first and then Kaiya, but in this dream it was like the baby was my first. So I'm holding her, and then some weirdo is trying to take her from me. I run out of the building and try to get into a car, but I have trouble. Then the whole thing changes and I'm outside two houses for sale. *facepalm* What the heck. A realtor is showing the one house and another realtor comes up to the couple looking and says "you can have the other house, much nicer, bigger, updated, for only $283 more per month" and the couple are like "wow, cool." That's all I remember of that. Heh, weird.

I think I know why I dreamt of Kaiya. Daddy and I were talking about me having my first by age 25 (just a goal). I told Derek what all we were talking about and he got all up in arms saying that I don't really need to worry about a diet change (limited caffeine, asprin, fried foods) because HIS mom drank Pepsi and ate grilled cheese all the time while she was pregnant with him and she was blanketed in second-hand pot and cigarette smoke and he's just fine. *headdesk* I don't want to take those chances, honey. I want to be as good as I can, but don't worry, I won't make YOUR life hell by wanting different foods (no worries on alcohol, drugs, or cigarettes here). Plus with all the "Law & Order: SVU" episodes with stolen babies, that makes sense too. But now I've "met" both of our children in my dreams. How strange is that?

So there ya have it.... our second child (hopefully) visited me in my dreams. Cute little pink bundle she was.  Ciao.
