smoothie experiment

handful of spinach
1 avocado
a tablespoon or so cocoa powder
about a thumb-sized hunk of ginger
1 heaping teaspoon primal fuel - vanilla 
1/2 tsp omega 3 fish oil
1/2 tsp flax seed oil
tsp coconut oil
small bit of frozen mango (1/4 cup or less)
1/4 cup more or less frozen strawberries
1/2 tsp spirulina powder
1/3 cup milk
a small amount of water to thin it out

i think the cocoa powder is making it a bit chalky & bitter. i don't think the mango is adding anything, so i'll probably leave that out in the future. i also think next time, i'd add more ginger-it needs more bite. It's not bad at all, though, and it's so close to being raspberry-chocolate perfection.
