So, I have decided, in an attempt to put more healthy leaves into my diet, to try to work spinach in when I can. I was going to make a Pasta Louise-type thing* for dinner tonight, share with Cameron, store extra for later, etc etc etc. I made my FIRST-EVER purchase of fresh spinach (I had used up the bag Courtney left behind by steaming & eating very very small amounts).

Except that this morning I hear on NPR that bagged spinach is full of e. coli and will kill me.

So much for better eating habits!!**

*For those of you who do/did not work at Mitchell's: white wine garlic sauce, garganelli noodles, spinach, cherry tomatoes, shrimp sub chicken, goat cheese DELICIOUSNESS, recently (stupidly!) removed from menu.
**Although I'll probably just look for the frozen spinach I think I still have in the back of the freezer that I bought the LAST time I tried to put more healthy leaves into my diet.
