Questions one must ask oneself.
1. If I hadn't been cheerfully mediocre at so many sports for so many years, how freaking clumsy would I be in real life? I mean, I'm sort of clumsy already, but I'm good at correcting a mistake very quickly (like catching something I have just dropped, etc). I put this down to being not-particularly-good-but-often present at sports. The list of things I tried and gave up on is rather impressive.
Also: apparently I have been taking TKD for 6 months now. Time flies when you're getting kicked!
2. How old is too old to enjoy an Easter candy hunt? There weren't any eggs, but Manager Dave at Mitchell's hid candy all over the restaurant for us to find as we were opening. Including in the mouth of the giant resin catfish hanging in the bar. I <3 Manager Dave. To tha MAX!
3. Does my name mean something dirty in Spanish, or what? Not so much the fact that the bussers SA's and dishwashers/prep cooks guys say it every time they see me, but the way that they say it, just seems sort of... weird. Like they think it's funny for some reason I can't understand? And I mean, I know they're hitting on me sort of constantly. Whatever. Man, I really need to learn to speak Spanish...
4. Is it sad that my current default cash hiding place is under my mousepad? Because it seems a little sad to me. Just a little bit. But I'm opening a new bank account tomorrow, so it's no big.
5. Will my grandmother make good on her threat promise to come see Phil's comedy show in Louisville on Tuesday? Tuesday, which is MY BIRTHDAY? Even if she doesn't, you should: details are here, and Cameron and Amy and I and maybe Ian and MBL and Ed and maybe Matthew are all going (from Bloomington, departing ~5:30), and I bet we could find you a seat in our caravan. COME ON HE IS OMGSOFUNNY YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO. Tragically, that means I won't be able to make it to Vidiot Tuesday at the Vid. Don't worry, I'll still act like a vidiot in Luvvul.
6. Should I *really* sub tomorrow? I was planning on it, but so far all the available jobs are middle school (HATE) and probably if I spent the entire day applying for jobs and cleaning my apartment, it would be just as good a use of my time. Hmm.
