Pedestrian Life
Although i am getting a car in August finally I think I will still be a pedestrian most of the time. The school shuttle system is awesome and I really wont have much money to buy gas if i want to visit friends and Killian in different towns.
An interesting adventure that i take now and then is to go to Coldstone when i have no ride. I go out to my bus stop thirty minutes early because its always different, if it doesn't come within fifteen minutes i run accross the street to another apartment complex with a more frequent bus. then i am on campus ten minutes later. After i get off the bus i walk across the hot campus in my black shirt and pants to another bus stop to get onto shuttle seven to go to the collegiate village in near steak n'shake on University which is the road where Cold stone is on. Then from there i walk up to University Blvd and wait at the cross walk light that I have to wait like ten minutes at. Then i walk accross the street and then a nice short five minute walk to cold stone, it just sucks b/c its hot...oh well at least i work with ice cream :)
So driving it would take me 6 minutes to go to Coldstone, pedestrian life, an hour.
