Name: Felli Loss

Hair: Long and a white/silvery purple. When she's using her psychokinetic powers, it glows pink.
Eyes: Also silvery purple.
Height: ...idk really short. She's always wearing heels and even then she barely comes up to the shoulder of the next shortest character.
Accessories: She always has a small hexagonal silver badge with "XVII" pinned to her collar or neck. And she has a holster-type thing for her dite belted to her waist.
Medical info: ...probably nothing major since her brother would flip his shit if she ever got hurt.
Physical traits: ...short! Looks a lot like a loli/definitely not her age (ETA: the light novels describe her as looking "like a girl just a little over 10 years of age" hauhau). Is almost perpetually making a "=_=" face.
What's okay to mention: MOST THINGS, she is very hard to phase outwardly. Also what Layfon said about Regios and meta.
Abilities: ...SOB okay. First, AJ wrote a lovely informative post about the series/abilities over here. Basically, the weapons of choice in the series are "dites," which serve as power amplifiers and stuff. Anyway, as I said in my app, Felli is a psychokinesist. This means she has the following abilities:
1. Telekinesis: She can move things with her miiiiiiind; she refers to it in canon as "moving things with invisible hands." (ETA/NTS: She also says she can "see invisible things," which I assume means the hands she refers to) Felli is kind of a hax psychokinesist in that she has a far greater range than most of the others, and she can move a lot of things at once. In theory, she should be able to move really heavy stuff too, but canon never shows it.
2. Telepathy: Felli serves as the communications center for her group. Her restored dite looks like a wand that has many petal-shaped "pins" (also called terminals and nen-I). They're gray when inactive and glow pink when she uses them. She can use them to gather information about her environment, as well as communicate with others.
(Even though canon refers to it as telepathy, I'm not sure how well/if she can actually read minds since most of the time people just talk and I assume the sounds are transmitted. But at least once, Felli hears something a teammate is thinking and transmits it to someone else. Also she occasionally makes cryptic comments along the lines of "His heart won't be at peace" and things like that. I think I will probably go with "she can hear/send thoughts" but generally only if she's using her dite since it amplifies her power. Also she's probably not too interested in people's thoughts most of the time so it shouldn't come up a lot.)
Psychokinesists use their abilities to gather extremely detailed information about their surroundings, usually for battle purposes, and then communicate it to others. According to the novels, they can use all sorts of scientific stuff, like UV rays, infrared, and so on. I assume Felli can do this even without her dite, but her range is severely limited.
Also as a hax psychokinesist, Felli can synchronize with other people's pins and take control for herself (I have no idea if this applies to other electronics sob). Unlike most other psychokinesists, she can also use her pins as weapons! She can turn them into dart-like objects that she controls, as well as using them to make things explode.
Notes for the psychics: Since Felli's a psychokinesist, she's pretty much constantly getting and processing information about the world. The first novel says that Felli isn't a genius psychokinesist because she has strong powers (though it helps); it's because she can "process a massive amount of information simultaneously." Basically, she's an expert multi-tasker and her mind is probably a very busy place.
The flip side is that she's really bad at dealing with her own emotions. As canon puts it, if a psychokinesist tried to react to every little thing, they'd break so most of them don't show anything externally. They still have emotions, but they don't usually express them (and the emotions themselves might be slightly damped).
...SO FOR PSYCHICS/MIND-READERS, I will just paraphrase what AJ said. While she is thinking of a lot of things all the time, she probably has some mental shields if you pry. But really it's more that she has a fucking awesome set of mind filters that let her pay more attention to x things while others run in the background or whatnot. So she probably has a sort of...selective attentiveness. For example, unless she's in a battle, I assume a general scan of the environment would be in the background so she'd know if something tried to approach and whatnot.
Also unless she's specifically annoyed/frustrated at the moment, her mind/feelings are probably fairly quiet but busy. Sort of like a low humming or white noise, except louder. SO TL;DR NOT A SUPER LOUD THINKER ALSO SHE HAS SOME SHIELDS.
Shapeshift/bodyswap/etc.: Just ask first! I'm not in the main chan as much while school is in session (...not really applicable right now), but castmates from most canons I play should be able to reach me. I'm also on gchat at lochnessasaur and respond to emails.
Hugging/Kissing/Nicknaming: ...go for it! She'll probably just go =_= for most of it, although if someone apps her brother (APP HIM APP HIM) he might try to rape you for touching his baby sister.
Fighting/Maiming/Killing/Death: Felli is a noncombatant so Iiiii would prefer nothing serious? Also I am pretty sure Layfon would flip his shit and he's a bit of a godmode. (ETA: But if you desperately want to, ask me! Just...know that you might get Layfon'd)
