Post-InFest come down
InFest was great! Had an absolute blast, thanks to so many of you! May or may not do a Proper Update later, but for now:
• The A1 sucks
• Met some wonderful people, including but not restricted to karohemd, tonysatorii (which I've probably spelled wrong) and the incredibly beautifulpurpledonna
• Karl, thanks for the dinner!
• Rotersand rule the whole fucking universe (apart from the rather embarassing name-check from Rascal, but we love the fella anyway!). And Gunther has the best T-shirt in the world, so glad we got to talk to him, he is wonderful too. And Krischan... love 'em all! Pondering the financial feasability of a quick trip to Germany in two weeks... I know I said I couldn't, but how can I not... no, MUST NOT SPEND MORE MONEY (but...)
• stellalive gets prettier ever time we see her (which shouldn't be possible!)
• Reaper were awesome, so much better than I expected
• missnull is lovely to talk to, and Unter Null were great on stage, really looking forward to seeing them again in Sweden
• Although I have such great friends who I'd love to see more, I realised how much I miss queenmartina, fluffmitten and lady_komachi, three wonderful ladies whose friendship and company I treasure.
• elezium has a wonderful smile (although what's not to smile about with a gorgeous gal like lady_komachi!)
• robotboi is fantastic company.
• Post In-Fest detox... used some detox foot pads (http://www.buycosmetics.com/store/detail.asp?producttypeid=2053) last night and they are great. My feet feel tingly and I'm really energised, which is probably purely psychosomatic, but what the hell, I feel great! And I only put on half a pound, which considering how much alkyhol I consumed (Friday... oh dear!) has not upset me overly much.
• Did I mention how incredible Rotersand are?
• I need to get on with some work :o(
