Yay for surgery ¬-¬
So I'm going to get my wisdom teeth out. Not gonna be a fun couple of days. (Hooray liquid diet!) BUT I do get my winter break two (painful) days early.
Post-op: I wouldn't wish this on anyone. Not that it's especially painful, but the sheer annoyance of the operation. I can't eat solids for almost a week, antibiotics and pain meds three times a day plus saltwater gargles. I can't sleep lying down, drink out of a straw, and I've got to be careful not to cough or sneeze.
Fun times.
Being put under is an interesting event. You get a shot, they put you on oxygen, and the next thing you remember with any clarity is getting into the car to leave. Not such a bad thing.
