Trip to Detroit
Wow I had a really good weekend actually. I am so glad that I got to go to Detroit with Amber and meet her awesome friend Mike. I couldn't think of how I could have spent my time any better actually. Amber came to RS and we hung out with some people, drove around, went to Taco Bell and then went home for a while. Then I went all around with kind of bad directions, but I found the place after a while and picked up Amber where she was staying. The parents of the people she was staying with were the worlds nicest people. They were so good to us. I took her away for a while. We went to Target and Steak n' Shake until the sky turned completely black. Then I brought my scared self and Amber to Kyle's, since it was on the way, to see what the weather was like. Seemed ok to drive so we left and went to the house Amber was staying at and watched Cowboy Bebop with her friends brother. I left about 3 and then went home slept ready for another great day. I woke up went to Erin's sons b-day party. Hung out for a while then decided to head off to D-town. Nasty bar boy called me wanting to hang out, but oh well. Went to Detroit in ok weather, left in much worse. We went to her friend Mike's house. I am so glad I meet him, I think he is the nicest man that has ever walked the earth. Went to Greek Town, ate good food, went back to his place and watched most of Big Fish. Then we all curled up together and slept the rest of the night away and well most of the day too actually. Left there....:( went to Liz's apartment went out to dinner. Drank yumminess, and ate yumminess. Drove home, tired as fuck. Slept at the rest stop for an hour cause I couldn't manage to stay awake. Got home, slept and went to work. All in all a great weekend.
