Finally finished yesterday's post today

I did a lot of cleaning, today, and my allergies are killing me. I just hope my asthma doesn't cause me any trouble when I wake up in the morning. I had an attack this morning where it actually sorta scared me. I had trouble getting my breath in.

I've got to remember Jeremiah 29:11, one of my favorite verses.

I'm going to put up an iWeb page with the paris pictures that I don't think I ever posted. If I already did, just ignore them. I remember now that the last camera was of the Arche de Triomphe, and the little restaurant, where the waiter, when I asked for water, said, "Gas or no Gas?" Leah told me what he was saying cuz I couldn't understand him with his accent. I didn't know why he was asking me, gas or no gas. She explained to me that they mean sparkling water or spring water. He did not do much to dispel the stories of the French being rude.

While we were at the Eiffel Tower, it was weird to see groups of French National Guard Troops walking around with big automatic rifles, to protect against terrorists.

We walked around town all the rest of the day, and ate tons of crepes (nutella and banana, yum), but they're HUGE, and you can't eat a whole one at once. We ended the day by eating at a tiny little Sushi cafe, where we were the only customers. They're food was delicious, though. We walked back to our hotel in the rain, stopping in a little bakery to see what they had.

I noticed when I published the Paris iWeb page, that on the picture of the old building in Montmartre, I had put " since the 28oo's (it was 6 in the morning). I had put small o's instead of zeroes. Plus it wasn't the 2800's. I went back and tried to fix it, but it wouldn't let me. What I meant to say was, "Montmartre, home of the Parisian art community since the 1700's." When you view it, the way to get the best view, is to do "slideshow", click the pause button, drop your cursor to the bottom of the page, so the navigator button disappears, and when you want to go to the next one, bring the cursor back up to the picture, and the navigator will appear again. If you go to high on the picture, the individual thumbnails will appear. You can pick an individual picture out that way, but the best way to view is the way i described. Anyway, here's the link:
