this week i whipped-up a yummy sandwich...
parmesan crusted eggplant with roasted vegetables, goat cheese, and a lemon-balsamic glaze. ive made it twice now this week. i need to get working on what i want to make for thanksgiving. unfortunately, two other people will be cooking, so i will have to limit what i want to make. so far i want to make my roasted sweet potatos and a pumpkin creme brulee. maybe a soup in lieu of the creme brulee. i am also thinking about some sort of pecan pie, maybe caramel... im still searching for a recipe.
