(no subject)
This weekend was freakin awesome. Went up to Flagstaff for work and decided NAU is definitley an option. The weather and town are so nice. The O.C. started on Thursday, it's getting a little dramatic for my taste but still amusing to watch. After the O.C. Jolynn and I went to Coffee Cabana for open-mic night and it was really cathartic. But anyway, back to the weekend, I'm totally starting to enjoy the whole face painting thing. It's awesome money, and not to mention it helps satisfy my new obsession for body art. I've been noticing tattoos everywhere and I bought myself a book about it too so it's pretty freakin awesome. I guess I'll be a starving actress with tatooing as a second job instead of a starving actress with waitressing as a second job. A little unconventional but I can't think of a more exciting way to go about my adult life lol.
I came back saturday night and went to t.g.i.fridays with Jolynn and Tommy for a while and I decided that t.g.i.fridays has better ranch than applebees. On Sunday I went to coffee cabana cause I thought the acadaca meeting was there. I guess not haha. Thats alright cause Jolynn and Tommy kept me company. Next we went to the pet store and I got myself a betta fish who I named Tommy because I felt like it and Tommy(the homosapien) got the coolest ball python ever and, after much name switching, decided to call it Fluffy. I still think Sushi suited the snake better but thats just me.
Looking forward to: Michelle getting better, Edgefest, finishing my sketch book and starting another one, getting another fish, slowly checking things off my life list, Christmas AND finally getting on a snowboard again!!!...
It's September 11th today. It's so easy to forget now that a few years have passed. Regardless of the tragedies that have a occured throughout history though, people are still slaughtering each other around the world and nobody seems to have learned.
