1. i wash my hands before i go to the bathroom. and again after it of course.
2. i talk to myself a lot... is that bad?
3. i layer up in comforters no matter what the season is even if it is summer up in my room.
4. i wear my red soccer shirt when i know i am going on a long trip and i am driving myself.
5. i hold onto my teddy bear all throughout the night or at least have it next to me. cuz if i lose sight of it i go nuts. it's an insecurity thing.
