Big Brother trounced its rivals to receive the award for worst TV show, while its host Gretel Killeen received the award for worst female TV personality.
Worst male TV personality went to radio star Kyle Sandilands, while "The Eddie Award" for most over-exposed TV personality went to Bert Newton, who narrowly beat David Koch.
Voters also decided that Naomi Robson's worst incident of the past year was her distasteful khaki "tribute" to Steve Irwin, which narrowly beat the infamous Wa-Wa episode.
Spicks & Specks stars Adam Hills and Myf Warhurst were named the most spankable male and female TV personalities, with Hills also taking the gong for the most under-acknowledged TV personality for the second year running.
The most under-acknowledged TV show went to The Chaser's War on Everything, while Scrubs won the award for the show that was messed around the most by a television network in the last 12 months.
