Matrix Ultimate Collection
I picked it up on my lunch break last Friday. Very cool to have all three flicks in one set. While occams_scissors as out scrapbooking Friday night I played the first two movies on the windows box behind me while I played World of Warcraft. Of course I ended up getting distracted from playing many times during some of the action sequences since I had the volume up on the movies an down on my game. I gotta go buy some better speakers for that machine (I love the altech lansings I have on our Mac... 2 speakers and a sub-woofer... awesome sound quality and only cost me like $30 to $40). I know I can't watch the last movie while on the computer since the battle of the dock sequence is phenomenally epic and I just love the way they did it and know I won't be able to do anything but watch it. It will be cool to see all the shorts in the Animatrix as well (I had seen some average quality parts of them online before). Sorting through all the featurettes and behind the scenes discs will take a while (especially since the extended edition of Return of the King is released tomorrow).
