how about an entry to the ol' food journal for the day?
breakfast snack @ 10:00 am: triscuts with spinach cheese dip.
later this day @ 6:00 breakfast: potato goodness with mushrooms and garlic and tomoato slices and gooey goodness. mmm.
goodness.
dinner @ 11:15 pm: about 12-14 oz. ribeye with brandy cream sauce and grilled veggies. ice cream for desert, mocha almond fudge.
mmmmm, life is good.
i need a nap.
