job...nyssma...life
omg today must have been the worst day for me at work. I was working with this big black chick with alot of attitude---the day brought me back to the 5th grade when camile allen threatened to beat me up after school for no apperent reason. anyway back to today-- it was just amazingly annoying. I felt so threatened by the girl and she totally freeked out close to when I was leaving... "oh stop looking at me, why u looking at me for?!" that was when i started getting intimidated.
on a better note.. NYSSMA went extremely well. Ian was there giving me moral support and keepin his cool while i was loosin mine. hehe. It was crazy, my instrument actually as I went to the NYSSMA room. btw NYSSMA is New York State School Music Assotiation, i think. So anyway my instrument broke and i went to the nyssma people and it was like an ER eposode lmao everyone was huddled around my clarinet.. all saying like whats wrong with it and stuff lol course i was having a heart atack. My judge was extremely nice about the whole thing. He just said it wasn't my fault and that "I am here to help you not to hurt you". He was so much nicer then my last one. I thanked the people who fixed my clarinet and said that they are my heros heh. Than after all the drama I played my solo. I was mad nervous but cooled down after the judge said "there is no speed limit for the scales" heh. I was totally focused and totally got into the composition. Grand Duo Concertant might be my favorite classical piece of all time.
