Callisto was asleep.

Sleep was good.

If she was asleep, she wasn't awake.

And if she wasn't awake, it wasn't tomorrow yet.

It not being tomorrow yet was a very good thing.

Therefore sleep was good. QED.

Angel might as well have been snoring while he moved to kiss her on the lips. Except, you know, he didn't breathe. So not so much with the ability to snore. And Mere Smith can kiss my ass.

That was okay, as Callisto was doing enough snoring for them both as she shifted so she could have an Angel-shaped mattress rather than a mattress-shaped one.

Admittedly it was snoring that sounded a lot like "Hey".

The Angel-shaped mattress was totally fine with having a Callisto-shaped blanket. He held her tight as he said snored, "Hey."

The Callisto-shaped blanket rested her head on his shoulder. "You're not-up early, it's still dark out." Of course, this might have been because her eyes were still closed.
