Callisto opened the door with a grin. "Hey you."

"Hey, birthday girl," Angel smiled at her. "No, wait - not a girl. Year older. Woman."

"So I'm a woman now?" Callisto grinned. "If you sit me down to have 'the talk' I'll thwap you."

"I leave that job to Twanky," Angel said. He took a step back. "And now a moment of not-so silent appreciation for the red dress. Wow."

"Please, she wouldn't even get halfway through before fainting," Callisto said. "So you like?"

"I like, I very like," Angel said. "Makes me feel like it's my birthday."

Callisto grinned. "No, your birthday would be the nun costume."

"Well, see, now you're going to distract me so much I'm going to forget to give you your present."

"Can't have that, so I guess I won't wear anything for your birthday."

Angel was silent, clearly lost in a world of pretty mental images.

Callisto laughed and reached over to poke his belly. "So I don't even get a birthday kiss?"

"You may, in fact, get a birthday kiss," he said. He leaned down to kiss her. Nice, soft, and slow.

Callisto slid her hands up his arms as she returned the kiss. "I think I like these birthday kisses."

"I'm very fond of them too," he said, bumping their noses together. He moved one hand so that she was now touching something very long and hard that he'd kept hidden behind his back. "Yes, that is your present, though I am also happy to see you."

Callisto snickered. "I could tell," she said. She ran her hand down the length of the pressent. "It's seems very big."
