Today has just been icky. I'm tired, I can't wake up for nothing, and my fractured left foot has just been throbbing all day. Maybe it is just because it is so cold out, I'm not sure. Today in Texas though it is supposed to be like 70 degrees out. Speaking of which - I got the messages off my mom's phone yesturday. She stopped the mail Jan 9th, right? Well, I supposedly got a jury summons in between that time and never showed up for it. So I called the lady and she is going to send me out another summons for March. That's all I need to get arrested for - Contempt of court.. In other news, Joe's called me again and I went and talked to Cindi (for the second time). I'm going to be making a little less then the chef they have who is planning all their foods for the expansion they are doing, but I more then likely will be working all over. Deli, gourmet Heat and Eat, cafe, etc. They are planning for a Febuary 19th open date. We'll see - I walked through the addition and I don't see it happening, but then again I am not a builder, either. They have the hood vents in, Ansel system, outlets in the floor, but no equipment yet. Then they have to make an office a walk-in cooler. I'm still trying to own my own bakery/cafe, though. So far today I've made Soy Flax bread, from scratch chocolate cupcakes (for Rob and the girls), yeasted corn bread (for my vegetarian chili - bread bowls), and meatloaf. Yeah, I've been kinda busy this morning. Maybe that is why I am so tired??? I don't know, but I am hungry, and feel like I need to take a nap. I have to pick up the kids in a few hours...................
