Holy Crap Awesome
Rhinoceros opens in like...20 hours? And just earlier today Mel was helping me run lines and I was still struggling. I shouldn't have any crashes onstage, though. Well, except for the ones that we rehearsed, haha.
I got hypnotized on Thursday. Again.
It got captured on film. Again.
This guy Eric randomly walked into Sci-Fi asking for someone to hypnotize. I jumped at the opportunity, Sam reluctantly followed. It was pretty awesome, and Sam filmed it all on her phone, though Eric didn't end up having enough time to do her as well. XD I was really reluctant to do some of it, but overall I regret nothing.
I had actually called Alex right before Eric showed, saying I'd meet her and her gang outside. So when Alex called when I was under, the sharp vibrating in my pocket was quite the shock! And XD it kept going off every so often after that, and it was very, very distracting. XD
Friday was Medieval Day at school! Arranged by the Sci-Fi(/"Fantasy") club, it included people dressing up all cool and swinging foam swords, daggers and hammers at one another (blocking with foam shields, of course), including tournaments, food, random people watching (but not really laughing in their fascination XD) and people grabbing weapons and just duking it out on the lawn.
Before that, however, we visited the local big-name university I've been accepted at and am considering going to to go to the Rare Books and Collections part of their library. We took our program picture (XD though a group of students including Max and people had been too cool to subway with us and the teacher, and got there late, arriving at the campus just as we were taking the picture, and they had a long way to go) and went into a sort of conference room, where we were introduced to this really amazing Feather Book the only one in the whole world) containing elaborate pictures made of nothing but bird feathers, not a single one dyed, a creepy French "Chinese dancer" puppet that didn't look Chinese, and then some travel books and maps because we totally LOVE travel literature and the Grand Tour.
I was going to be late for English anyway, so I skipped it and dragged Adam to Mideaval Day. At least he was just going to wait for Linda, but I instead tried to take Adam on, which resulted in utter fail (if not some fun). Entered the first tournament, Francis was my queen for forever, and I lost. Had our last Karate class, which included actual sparring, which was some scary shit. Then we did some muscle relaxation, and I returned to my foam weapons. Eric and I tried and failed to get out our anger on one another, which didn't work and we both seemed to be swinging at all power and I hurt his thumb.
Then Sam and I grabbed a bus to my house for CAKE-MAKING. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough time before dinner at my grandpa's, so we just internetted and talked to people. While still at his house, Alex finally called and she headed over to HELP WITH CAKE-MAKING. We watched the end of Meet the Robinsons (such a great movie) and then the three of us headed back to my place, and caking ensued. With the appropriate song for cake-making, we pwned that shit. ...well, it was mostly Sam, cuz Alex and I are degenerates, plus we forgot to put in a package of chocolate. XD
Alex had to leave, and there wasn't enough time for icing since the cake needed to cool, so Sam and I talked in my den for some time, then I took her home, though we sat in the car outside her house talking some more for awhile yet. XD

There were supposed to be seven of them because 7 Mudkips = 1 sexytime. All well. :)
I am loving this tradition.
Saturday was rehearsal and starting to see the show come together. Lots of people are still in school Saturdays, and not just for the Chinese school, it seems. Saw John and his friend who had just learned how to bike biking as I left school, and I literally broke away from him JUST in time to catch the bus home - perfect.
Sam came over, we made a Mudkips cake I shall post later, people came over, we got into cars, parking was an adventure, GOT TO SEE ALEX YAY, laser quest, Swica was too late. Ironically wore and practically soaked through with sweat the same shirt on an evening and a morning with two guys of VERY different heights. Alex took us to the arcade and I will edit moar laterz. XD I have shit to do.
