(no subject)
I...just found the nickel. At least, I assume it's the nickel. It was on the small shelf where I keep my little souvenirs from different parts of the world. I swear I was rearranging things on that shelf days ago and it hadn't been there. Is the universe saying something?
The Batcave or Rose from my semester 2 French class was in Chill Club today. Black hair with a thick glob of blond? *shrugs*
Grandparents are heading to the States to get to their Chinese cruise tomorrow (Wednesday), cool stuff. We went out for Chinese with them on Sunday (haha). I got the same fortune in two cookies: "Smile! It's your best asset!" (Personally wouldn't agree with that, but okay.)
Sunday night I modded my black Greek fisherman's hat with the Team Rocket R. Came to school over the next two days with Pokéball and plushies (especially Meowth, who was the most helpful hint for people to guess what I was). On Tuesday Amber brought her Sentret and HOLY SHIT VIBRATING MEW OH GOD NO CAMERON ITS TAIL DOESN'T GO THERE I SWEAR IT HAS A VAGINA NO MEW GET OFF MY SNEASEL OH GOD SAM NO TAKE IT OUT OF MY SHIRT I'LL LACTATE SERIOUSLY AMBER WTF. My-Linh was entranced and Grace couldn't stop pulling the cord. I am thuroughly disgusted. :D
Anyhow, had people pose with the hat and Meowth/a Pokéball. Got some seriously epic pictures. Like ohmygawdepic. My favourites are Swieca, Eric and Mel (XD once we got her to stop laughing). Mayhap I shall post these and you shall see how TEAM ROCKET IS TAKING OVER THE SCHOOL AHHH.
A few people got the reference without my even having to announce myself ("I'M GOING TO STEAL YER POGEYMANZ"). British!Carl, Kirya, random people in the hallway, especially while I was outside Clubs phoning university/summer day camp/my work (all three calls were failures). It was pretty freaking cool. XD Lex (or "Klepto") stole Meowth and I really had to chase him. Silly; only Team Rocket can steal Pogeymanz, and he wasn't even wearing the hat! He kept trying to swipe my things afterwards.
Working on application to Creative Writing. Going to Katz for my portfolio and Bellon for my letter of intent, both have been incredibly helpful. Katz should just be my god, he's that awesome.
Need to work on application to Theatre Performance, too. Blaaah. >_<
Had first Theatre Collective meeting tonight where everyone knew their roles. I am Botard for two out of the three nights (we've got two casts since we're so many people, which will be interesting - I tell you, it was a two-horned cast!). Bussed home with Annalie and Moriel, wore my boots around the house.
