Yup. Carmen definately had some of the best music and best singers of any opera we've done so far.
Rigeletto might've been better. Just barely with the lead singers and all.
But the little boy chorus in this one WON MY HEART. Ohmygod. ;0; <3<3

Had
crazy_tinkerbel over last night to see the opera with us and spend the night. Also got to see the lovely Aryn of whom.... wow. I mean, wow.
I guess school was stressing out both of us, what with her being in Footloose and me... well. Being the semi-antisocial writer I am. I guess we just got tension somehow, because I was sure for months that she hated me.
I realized once again I over-analyze. That there's a difference between hatred and just plain wanting time to yourself and to not be bothered by an annoying writer who doesn't understand the stress of acting who just won't leave you alone.
...not that she said that, and I'm probably being over-analytical again. XD
I'm in a terribly good mood. Like... reallyreally. Firefly helps. (3 Great show. We're really getting the wear out of those DVDs. <3<3
...and I suddenly realize that I have way, way too much stuff to write on~
