The picnic had been fun for Sam, especially the part where he'd gotten to meet his new little sibling. While he still had some doubts about agreeing to let Priestly mess with his hair (and put makeup on him, oh God), Sam was more concerned about the impending move into the cabins, and having to live with Chuck. It was possible some people would make cabin living fun, but having to be away from Peter wasn't high on Sam's list of fun things, so he'd asked him to come over so they could spend one more dorm evening together.

If nothing else, he had someone very important to tell him about.
