A Quiet Spot in the Preserve, Tuesday Evening

Any teal deer wandering through the preserve would find Sam busy setting up everything he'd brought with him for the evening. Among other things, there was a picnic basket, and a blanket, and some tea lights for when it got really dark outside. And of course, there were books, because there was no way Sam and Dawn could celebrate their one-year anniversary without some kind of reading material present. It would have just been strange.
