PERMISSIONS POST
Psycho Mantis is, pretty much by canon definition, a godmodder. He reads minds without any compunctions and turns to control everyone pretty much the same way. So! This, right here, is a permissions post. I also ask that you find a way to say it in your initial tag for each new thread with him so everyone's on the same page as to what's being allowed at this current time. Any time that changes within the thread, please give an update of it somehow!
