The Beach, Tuesday Afternoon

Tuesdays were Sam's free day during the week, the one day where he had no classes or library work with which to occupy himself. So, by the time the afternoon rolled around, he was very happy that he'd made plans to hang out with Peter, and was grateful that the weather was nice enough for them to take a walk down by the beach.

[For Peter.]

Peter was able to meet up with Sam after his classes. "If you think I'm going swimming you're nuts."

"I don't want to go swimming either," Sam said. "Of course, if you're a dork and I, for some reason, have to push you into the water, that would be a different story."

"What is that, a new hobby for you?" Peter asked. "Or are you just trying to complete the set for guys who look like me?"

[psychic_wonder]

"It would be a test of those water skills," Sam pointed out. "You and Jess aren't alike enough to be a set of anything."
