i never saw the rainbow. or the multi-colored sky for that matter. i was too busy balling up diamond bar. okay, not really. but i WAS playing basketball and it WAS against DBHS.

so the thunder and lighting ended up being so close to our school that they struck AT THE SAME TIME. no time to count "1 mississippi, 2 mississippi" it was like more like FLASH.BANG!!! and the thunder was so strong that lights flickered when it hit. yeah it was scary.

...it's always like that in DB.
One of our teachers got struck by lightning last year. :)
And our power always goes out at school cause of thunder.
But not today which was very disappointing.

LOL is thunder and lightning that rare in cali?

We get them all the time in NJ and it hurts your ears when it strikes.
Then like all the power goes out...
