Stupid Japanese Anime
I'm officially in a love/hate relationship with Japanese anime.
Seriously, they have all the GOOD shows. But they're all in Japanese and if you can't find an english dub episode, you have to use subtitles, and I DESPISE subtitles like no one else. And if I can't find english dubbed episodes or subtitles?
Then I'm outta my damn Lucky Charms.
Why am I ranting over this?
Because I've been watching Bleach episodes in english dub ever since I read a fanfic crossover between Transformers and Bleach. And it's so fragging AWESOME. Humor, cussing, fighting, some good ol' angst, wonderful plot lines, and something new! All rolled into one.
I got to episode 36...and the rest of the episodes just *poof* disapeared. Made me fragging mad, too. *sighs* Right when things were getting good.
So, abandoning that fandom *cries in the background*, I gave up on Japanese anime. But, then, I saw a picture a TransFan drew, and it crossed over something called J-Decker.
Curious, I looked it up with my awesome seaching skills. Surprisingly, it was another cartoon that had transforming robots from outer space, and it was Japanese. Not-so-surprisingly, it was in JAPANESE. And there wasn't a single english dub for it! That got me really sulky until I started watching the episodes with subtitles.
And, BOOM, I'm in love all over again.
...Even though the main human character is a fourth grader and looks like a girl and sounds like a girl, even though they're a boy. -_- Jesus...
I've had trouble keeping up with the subtitles and the shows at the same time, but I've got a little better at it.
I am in LOVE with Deckerd. He is so fragging awesome. And for a bot who has a mostly white cop car alt mode, he sure has a lot of blue armor. Speaking of his cop car alt mode, he looks JUST LIKE Prowl from Transformers. Seriously, they could be twins.
Oh, and get this: it was made after Transformers: G1 ended, maybe four, five years, so when they transform, they can't say directly "Transform!". They have to say "Change!" XD I started laughing the first time I heard that.
Also, they have ridiculous hairstyles. The Head Cop...his hair looks like someone sprayed it with permanent hairspray while pointing a fan at him while he was wearing a hat.
;D Literally.
And I know that there's about four different Brave series before the J-Decker one. But I started this one first, so I'm going to finish it. Then go back and watch the rest.
Plus, I know how to work Veoh now, so I've got that option. ....Oh my God, brilliant idea time. 8D I can use Veoh to continue watching Bleach. Woo-fragging-hoo!
