Do you ever get that feeling like you're on the brink of something big? Relationship-wise? Because I have that feeling. But I don't know what exactly it is that I'm about to experience. It could be the love of my life or it could be an amazing life-long friend. Whatever it is, it's big. He's going to mean something.
It's kind of like when you pass someone on the street, make eye contact, and keep walking. Then you turn around a few seconds later at the EXACT same time they look back. This can happen in a sexual way or in a non-sexual way, but when it happens it shakes you. There's a moment of mutual recognition. Something about this person grabs you and even though you try to let it go, life makes you both turn around.
Today he turned around. I'm a few seconds ahead of him, but I hadn't started to walk away yet. And he finally turned around at the last second and his words indicated that he's been as taken by this as I have. Something is there, and it's BIG, and it's not scary, and I want to just jump already and find out.
