Art basel was great at the beach and pretty shitty at the district . I ate at van dykes for the 2nd consecutive day with marcus together we've dropped like 90 dollars there. We left the district at 11 52 and by 12 30 I was snuggling in my bed.
So now I'm infront of mayors in lincoln road a few steps from the scene and there's police tape over a large chunk of michigan avenue( where my job is located ) so I've been standing here for 35 min and apperantly there not going to open any time soon because there was a shooting at 5 in the morning ( in michigan and lincoln road) and its 12 12 and the tape is still up. The owners of the frieze are out of town and they swear that we can get in and magically teleport ice cream to people. Jesus there so greedy for money . I just want to get on a bus and go home the two people that were suppose to come and open the frieze didn't come so I was late to work and they still werent here so I was the "lucky" one to see the police tape first.
I just talked the police man and he told me that if he was gambling he would bet around 3 o'clock wtf. So until three I have to sit here and pretty much do nothing I'm really mad and just want to quit right now. Actually I'm going to ask for the people to pay me for waiting and wasteing my time and if they say no I'm gonna mother fucking quit this shit.
I'm obsessed with shawn barber and hung liu I love love loveeeee there work.
The antique fair is today at lincoln road so I feel like an ant inside a lead pencil.
People are so stupid there trying to get under the tape line. Lol and then they get yelled at like 5 year olds by the police. This is entertaining
