While rewatching Shawn Gets The Yips, I noticed something in the extended credits.
Sorry about the somewhat lousy quality of my screencaps, my computer died a harsh death a month ago so all I really have to fool around with pictures right now is MS Paint.

Yep, he's got the makeshift bandage on his left shoulder!
