I'm looking for a specific fic, I think I read it on psychfic.com a while back and now can't find it.
Essentially, Shawn met a lady at a bar one evening (can't remember her name) who was psychic and looking to pass her gifts onto someone before she died - I think it might have been a slight buffy or charmed crossover although it might have a different tv series.
