Kidnapped Shawn Fic

Ok what I'm looking for is a fic where Shawn was kidnapped and everyone is looking for him and they have this suspect thats all tattooed and pierced ( I think Lassiter/Henry thinks hes a punk)  The suspect wont talk.  It turns out the suspect is Shawn himself and that no on recognizes him, until Gus finally does.  And he couldn't talk because of some kind of spiked collar or something like that.
