I haven't delved as much as I'd like into the Psych Fanfiction community. I was pleasantly surprised to find this community - I usually lurk around the NCIS fic finders comm. So, I'll just give it a shot.
This fic was definitely from Psychfic, and it was major angst. Shawn/Jules, Juliet was having a baby but she miscarried. Don't remember much except for Shawn blaming himself for the baby's death. Something something. Um, can't remember much else.
Oh, and also, there was an AU fic of Shawn and Gus meeting and becoming friends when they were little through the hospital where Shawn was getting open heart surgery.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
