Missing: pervy bathroom scene

Way back when I found this fandom I read a Shawn/Lassiter fic where Lassie finally had enough and confronted Shawn in the police station bathroom; grabbed him by the little Spencers and slammed him up against the wall. Then he realised that Shawn wasn't exactly protesting, and things got all pervy.

Any ideas what this is from?
