Looking for a specific story
I read a pretty epic story, but I only remember bits of it. There is this specific moment, and I'm pretty sure it's just a flashback,... Anyway, I'm just going to describe it and hope that someone recognizes it.
It was pre-canon, and Shawn and Gus are still kids. There was this parent night (or something. I think it was some sort of celebration for good grades) Henry was supposed to pick Shawn up (or he was supposed to attend) but he didn't show. Shawn asked Gus' parents if they could bring him home, since it was going to rain and there were no buses, but they told him that they weren't going home, but were going to buy some ice cream for Gus to celebrate his grades. It ended with something along the lines of: "It was the last time Shawn got an A"
It was very sad and heartbreaking, and I'm pretty sure this was just a chapter in the story, not the story itself.... Well, I hope someone recognizes it!
