I should *not* be let out unsupervised.

This is what happens when I am allowed to wander around in a photon-induced daze: I have impulse-bought a sewing machine, a Singer 2662.

You keep making me want to sew, Judi! I don't have time to sew!

Did you order it or do you have it now?

Yes, it's on my desk while I try to decide where it's going to live. I think its first project had better be sewing its own dust cover, though :) Thankfully, I have some blue and white canvassy fabric sitting about that will be perfect.

Sorry :( I don't really have time either. My tired, pain-addled brain thought I had time to sew, though, apparently. I see a lot of crafty procrastination in my future :) Thomas is slightly taken aback by this sudden attack of domestic behaviour, but he'll get over it.

Crafty procrastination is one of my favourite kinds of procrastination :)

I'm having a similar problem. I shouldn't be left unsupervised with a credit card and an interweb at 4am... it leads to book-buying. 8-/

At least the latest one is educational.

Actually educational, not *cough*'educational'.

Heheh. I do that too, although bookstores are worse - I'm a sucker for pretty pictures, so I have some very expensive art books in my collection (more valuable, if the internet is to be believed, than what I paid for them, which is a relief).

Ah, well, if they're an investment they justify themselves! 8-)

Indeed :) The non-school-related art books, not so much >_>
