I thought I might as well actually post something which is about my life and the surrounding exponents this year as so far I have basically ranted via my musical lyricism or just doing random quizzes.
None of which i believe anyone has found enjoyable or amusing.
So, I am going to relive the past couple of months so that I can sort my brain out and let anyone who wants to listen know that shit happens.
Well lets see what happened in January:
For starters, I began the new year with a happy meeting with friends and loved ones, I was not drunk in the slightest and I still enjoyed myself immensely due to the company. I saw the New Year with many a hugs and kisses (from each sex repectively) and wandered back to a sofa to try and sleep.
That morning I saw the missed call left on my mobile. So i called home and upon answering I was told my sister was in hospital.
Automatic shock took over.
I was then informed she was with her boyfriend, whose drink had been spiked in the club they were partying into the New Year. He spent the rest of the night and the following morning being sick and coughing up blood and being taken to hospital where we was in and out of consciousness for about 12 hours.
What makes this event more scary is that the drink was originally my sisters, so it sould have been her being ill all night long.
He made a good recovery from this escapade and probably wont go to a club on New Years anymore.
On a brighter note, I had been working fro FlyBe for the past 4 months and was getting into the work and integrating into the company. Not the most stimulating work accounting, but its work nonetheless.
Towards the end of the month, another somewhat fated event was to occur.
My dads brother was round as usual on the weekend to see his brother. This might seem unusual for some, but then again I've hardly ever seen my dads brother in my 21 years on this Earth and even less have I seem his dad. I think about 4 times I've seen his father.
Continuing with the story, my dads brother Chris, needed to charge the battery on his car and so used the battery in my dads busted car to link it up. I was inside vacuuming with my mum. After stopping the hoover we heard a scream from my dad and my mum ran outside to find Chris laying on the floor, nearly rigid, blacked out and seemingly having a fit.
After the black-out, he slowly came around and said that we couldn't move his legs and couldn't feel his toes.
Not something you'd like to hear really when you wake up.
An ambulance was called and arrived within 15 minutes.
However the lifting and moving of Chris took about 45 minutes, taken to the nearest hospital.
We eventually found out that he has a cranial bleed which could have lead to an anneurysm which could have killed him on the spot. He was transported to Plymouth hospital to be treated (basically a clamp put over the bleed to prevent leakage).
And so ends January for the moment, next time, the exciting installment of February.
Guess the band...
