Well arts fest, as usual was a busy weekend. I didn't walk around at all. There was so many other things to do and friends to see. But from what I understand a lot of people that were there last year were there this year, so no big whoop. Friday night I took Aaron out to Red Lobster as a congratulations dinner. Then we went ot his friend "Big B"'s party, who lives 80,000 miles away from everyone else (actually just like, 15 blocks or something). From there we went to his friend Shannon's to play Beer Pong. But then Shanny got pissed about who knows what at some point along the way, and basically we got to her place and sat around and talked. Aaron stopped outside to talk to his old roommate, and I was helping this drunk kid along so I was left inside with about... seven adorably hilarious gay guys. The one (naturally) adored me. All I was doing was amusing him while he was drunk. Hehe. Aaron was kinda annoyed because I like hanging out with gay guys and he (being the "manly man") doesn't so much. He doesn't have a problem with gay people at all, but he just doesn't know how to relate to absolute flaming fairies. Hehe.
Anyway, the next day I made us burritos for lunch which were super-yummy. Then for dinner we went to his friends house for a barbecue thing. It was fun - we played a "drinking game" of Trivial Pursuit. You got it wrong, you drank, you got it right, everyone else drank. It was fun, but too slow to take any effect. But it was fun because 2 of the guys were already drunk. Then we went to my friend Benjas for a bit and hung out there and drank while watching what may be the most hilarious thing on earth: Most Extreme Elimination Challenge. Its so funny. I can't explain it, just find out when its on and watch it. Anyway, then we went to Chris, Vicki, and Christa's party for a little bit but the boy was being grumpy and tired so we left around 11:30. He "just wasn't in the mood to drink" but I think he was just tired. He gets really grumpy when he's tired.

Saturday night there were no fireworks, which is a plus. Oh yeah, going back. *Thursday night* at the jerks that live two houses down set off fireworks at *4am*. And it was like, one every 10 minutes, so you'd be jolted awake by one, fall back asleep, and be jolted awake again. I was pissed but I let it slide. So Friday night Aaron and I are laying in bed, 3:30 I wake up to a friggin' firecracker. I was like "oh hell no!" and called the cops. Its one thing to do it once. But when that becomes repetative rude-as-fuck habit, its time to call the cops. They stopped after about 2 more, and set off more firecrackers at 7am (at which point I asked the powers that be to provide those people with very slow and painful deaths - not early ones, mind you, I'm not that cruel, but slow and painful ones...). But no firecrackers since then. Mebbe one or two here and there. But I was annoyed. On top of being *dangerous* to set off in a place where there's lots of houses and trees close together, its downright unneccasarily rude.

Anyway, Sunday we sat around. Then Yesterday I called and made appointments with the places we're going to look at apartments. I'm kinda sad - the ones that we had considered our top choices had only one left last week and they've rented it. *sigh* :( Oh well, I'm sure we'll find something just as nice that we like just as much. Its just annoying when you have money to live somewhere nice but all the nice places are gone. Anyway, I did that and packed more, and that brings us up to date. And now, a quiz:

If I were a cat, I would be a… Tiger!
Rawr! The Tiger (Panthera tigris) is the largest and most easily recognized of all cats, with an orange coat barred by streaks of black, they’re hard to mistake. Their markings work as camouflage in the Asian jungles they call home.
As a Tiger, you tend to be strong both physically and mentally. You take any challenge or hardship thrown at you and take the very best out of the experience, so it can help you out later in life.
