not enough hours in a day....
I don’t know where the fucking time goes! Last week I was in New York City with some friends at the Coheed & Cambria concert which rocked. I have always liked their music but seem to like it even more after I see a performance of theirs. It might be that they are my favorite band at the moment.
I got into grad school at Albertus Magnus! I registered for classes the other day and am looking forward to it. I am somewhat skeptical of the whole bit since they only have 25 students enrolled. The campus resembles a high school from the late 1960’s and isn’t exactly posh compared to SCSU or Quinnipiac. Oh well, I have no obligation to stay and since my work is paying for it I shouldn’t complain. If it sucks and isn’t for me, I can leave. I hope it works out though…just gotta finish some final paperwork at work.
The past 2 weeks have been insane! I usually have gotten up at 5:30 and don’t return until 6:00; a sold 12 hour day. With training and hosting a training course myself I have been strapped at work. I don’t mind working late or hard, I actually relish it, but am beginning to feel that my efforts might go unnoticed or be in vain. I got to take a course in blueprint reading at Pratt & Whitney last week which was really cool. Funny how I planned on being in business when I graduated but now I have been in aerospace quality assurance and engineering! Funny how things work out.
