back to back 13 hour days.
i've recognized a buddy system at work that is totally unorganized and dysfunctional..and utterly MESSED UP!
i will quit sunday if tibbs and anna single me out again.
you have a responsibility to the restaurant and yourself by being a closer.
don't put your signature on paper just because she's your buddy.
if that were the case, we're ALL buds, and i shouldn't be glanced at in order to clock out.
then nothing would get done, and oasis would go under.
i'm sick of that place now...it took 2 months to come to my senses.
my drawing conclusion....every restaurant is the same.
except for the fact that simpson county is the lowest tip percentage i've ever made.
i'm sorry dudes, but 2 bucks on a 50 dollar bill isn't cutting it for me.
hourly, i make 2.13.
if i have 3 tables in rotation, and you sit in my section for an hour and leave me 2 bucks..somtimes less....i'm sorry, but that doesn't even cover minimum wage.
don't eat out if you don't have money.
mcdonald's is next door.
if you're gonna leave me a dollar, you're gonna get dollar service, in which case, hit up a dollar menu and spare me the grief of running around on my feet.
