I sang with Ken Casey!!!!!
So last night was the DKM show @ SSC. aka my back yard! so of course me, sister, megan, & Kristen got tickets straight away. the plan was to pre-game at my house then walk over. cause its a 10 sec walk. the pregameing was so much fun. it ended up being Kristen, Frank, megan, her two friends Arin,& Ben Daryl, his two friends Lisa(?) and Dave(?). everyone drank Beer and such & i had my Shirly's. we all just laughed and joked around. well actually i was really quiet as usual.
Then 10 minutes to 8 we walked over to O'keef and Frank left cause he didn't gt a ticket. we got in line and we were those loud dranks that most people "hate" but secretly want to be with cause they have so much fun. everyone was just staring at our LOUD group. When we got inside Kristen called Frank and he came & bought a ticket, thankfully. well we got in and 3 songs into the opening band me & Kris went to the B room and everyone totally thought we were wasted. well i was tired and we both tripped over a wire & eachother. so we looked tipsy cause we laughed hysterially as we tripped. and of course i fell going down the bleachers, but not a real fall, i stumbled.
Finally DKM came on and they were awesome Frank was my designated body gaurd. he made sure i didn't get sucked into a pitt so everytime a pitt would egde near us he would grab my shoulder or arm. he was a good big brother. then Sister & Kris went intio the pitt and left Frank & everyone else to watch over me lol. they did a damn good job. Daryl & Frank stopped a crowd surfer from landing on my head. Frank moved me out the wayand Daryl just appeared and moved the guy away or something i forget.
But like as soon as the girls came back it was time for the Spicey McHaggis Jigg and Frank took my hoodie and Kris grabbed my arm and pulled me to the stage and i grabed Megan and she grabbed Sister. me and Kristen got to the front like in 3 seconds and lost the other 2. Kristen got up on stage like way before me. it was brutal down there! there were guys trying to get onstage even though it was GIRLS ONLY like always HELLO! but i was so scared they wouldn't bring me up & i would get stuck in a pitt! but finally i was picked up and got onstage to k we danced around, sang, and screamed. i saw Daryl like staright away. i also saw Mike Titus, and some guy i hd a class with last semester. i lost my Sister & Megan though. but Megan got on stage later. my sister didn't she got engulfed by guys but she took pix of me & Kristen!!!! we had so much fun! and i guess every time i got to close to the stage Frank & everyone like freaked & got worried. but Kristen pulled me back every time. it was so crazy up there on stage. those bitches were wack!
Then it was time for KISS ME I'M SHIT-FACED! Megan found her way to us asnd the 3 of us had a blast onstage. and Ken Casey (the lead singer) <3'ed us!. He came right up to us witgh the mic. we totally sang with him! but he would totally go to us and some bitches would like ouush us outa the way i wanted to be like hE'S COMING TO US AND NOT YOUR UGLY ASSES! bu it was awesome and my sister got like 2 seconds taped of me with Ken :0)! they need to come to SSC EVERY year! My Sister also got part of Dirrty water on tape! it is my goal to always get up on stage for Spicey. March 17, 2007 can't wait!!!
